Chef Nécessité.


Tonight I whipped up a batch of our signature honey spiced nuts.

Gotta have something to go with the beer.

First I had to learn how to turn on a commercial oven.

Our chef was out for the evening, but she gave the rest of us a quick run-down of the recipe before she left.

So then one of us had to make the donuts.

I’m certainly not the personality to be greeting our guests, so into the kitchen I went.

They came out nothing at all like they were supposed to.

But they were edible.

And I only burned myself twice.

I call that a good night.
